1. Booking and Payments

1.1. Deposits: New customers may be required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure their booking. Failure to pay this deposit may result in the cancellation of the session.

1.2. Payment Methods: The remaining balance can be settled on-site using cash or card.

1.3. Deposit Discretion: The necessity of a deposit for new customers may be determined by South East Sauna management. However, this decision does not guarantee whether or not a deposit will be requested.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Deposit-Related Cancellation: Failure to pay the required deposit if asked will result in the cancellation of the booked session.

2.2. Communication Cancellation: Failure to respond to messages or calls from South East Sauna regarding your booking may lead to the cancellation of the session.

3. General Conduct

3.1. Respectful Behavior: All guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff members.

3.2. Health and Safety: Guests are responsible for their own health and safety while using our facilities. South East Sauna shall not be held liable for any injuries or accidents occurring due to negligence or misuse of facilities.

4. Liability

4.1. Property Responsibility: South East Sauna is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit. However, in the event of misplaced items, South East Sauna will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost belongings to their rightful owners.

4.2. Health Conditions: Guests with underlying health conditions or medical concerns should seek advice from a healthcare professional before using our facilities. South East Sauna is not liable for any health issues arising from the use of our facilities without prior consultation with a medical professional.

5. Hygiene and Facility Usage

5.1. Hygiene Standards: Guests are expected to maintain appropriate personal hygiene standards before using our sauna and steam room facilities.

5.2. Facility Usage: The sauna and steam room facilities are to be used in accordance with posted guidelines and instructions provided by our staff. Failure to comply may result in restricted access or removal from the premises.

6. Timeliness and Punctuality

6.1. Session Start Times: Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled session to ensure sufficient time for check-in and preparation. Late arrival may result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent bookings.

7. Children and Age Restrictions

7.1. Age Limitations: Children under a certain age (16) must be accompanied by a responsible adult while using the facilities. Please inquire with our staff for age-specific guidelines and restrictions.

8. Feedback and Complaints

8.1. Feedback: South East Sauna welcomes feedback from guests to improve our services.
